Synopsis:
As a strange, flaming object is seen streaking from the galaxies toward the earth, the people of the town of Horton, in northern Wisconsin, are quietly going about their daily business. Dan Kester, a local farmer, heads home after a visit to his girlfriend in town. Dan watches as a flaming object falls into a field with a strange radiant explosion. The next morning, Dan Kester discovers that the flaming object which struck his pasture during the night has spilled out geode rocks. Breaking these open, they find what appears to be diamonds, but he doesn't know that the geodes also contain seeding spiders, which escape unseen into the kitchen. Unknown to the Kesters, these spiders begin to multiply and grow ...
