Synopsis:
Inspired by a true story, GREENFINGERS is a charming and irresistible comedy featuring internationally acclaimed actors Clive Owen (Sin City, King Arthur, The International), Helen Mirren (R.E.D., The Madness of King George, National Treasure) and David Kelly (Waking Ned Devine, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).

When British convict Colin is placed in an experimental program to finish off his prison sentence, all he wants is peace and quiet.

But after his wise, elderly roommate Fergus introduces him to gardening, Colin uncovers a surprising talent and passion – for plants!

Teaming up with his fellow inmates, Colin gets the attention of celebrated gardener and media socialite Georgina Woodhouse, who takes the men under her wing. Soon, the unexpected gardeners are preparing to compete for the Royal Horticultural Society's Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, England’s highest flower show award. And when Colin meets Georgina’s beautiful daughter Primrose, he discovers another reason to fight for his freedom: true love.

In addition to the outstanding cast, the film features classy direction by writer-director Joel Hershman and an inspiring soundtrack, with songs by U2, Bruce Springsteen, and Tears for Fears, among others.
